Omoye joined GuildHE in April 2025 in our new role of Policy Programmes Officer, strengthening our member engagement, advocacy, and external affairs work. She brings a wealth of experience in public sector policy development, stakeholder engagement, and youth-focused initiatives, with a strong interest in social impact and inclusive higher education.

In addition to her public sector experience, Omoye has delivered education and community engagement programmes and initiatives. She is passionate about equity, youth empowerment, and inspiring the next generation to create meaningful change.

At GuildHE, Omoye develops and delivers member networks, collaborative initiatives, and professional development opportunities for staff across higher education institutions. She supports knowledge exchange, facilitates communities of practice, and contributes to the development of policy resources and good practice guidance.

Omoye holds a Master's in Public and International Affairs, which shaped her global outlook and commitment to inclusive, accessible education. Her professional background is grounded in research, strategic thinking, and a drive to make education a tool for empowerment.

Outside of work, Omoye enjoys writing, live music, solo travel, fitness, and exploring new cities.
